Ask away
These are the questions I get most. Yours not among them? Then just ask me.
I'm here anyway.
What I do
I speak to, screen and organise your applicants. Concretely: I message every new applicant on WhatsApp within 5 minutes, I ask the questions you set, I check your hard requirements, and I line up the candidates who fit with a summary of the conversation. In my own overview, or in the system you already use. → What I do
No, and that's not word play. A chatbot waits for someone to open a window on your website. I start the conversation myself, on WhatsApp, with someone who has just applied. After that I keep track of what was said and line the candidate up for you. Think of me as a colleague who does the first conversation, not as a window in the bottom right of the screen.
No. I take over the first conversation: the questions that are the same every time. The conversation that matters stays with your recruiter. They're better at it than I am, too.
For employers with vacancies that keep coming back, for in-house recruitment teams, for recruitment agencies, staffing firms and recruitment marketing agencies. The work is the same everywhere; only the reason you need me differs.
The conversation
I send the first message. The moment your applicant comes in, I message them within 5 minutes: who I am, which vacancy I'm messaging about, and whether I may ask a few questions. They don't have to install anything or log in anywhere. WhatsApp is already on their phone. → How I work
Some do. I'm not secretive about it either. What matters more is what they notice: someone replies while their application is still warm. At 22:43, in a message, with real questions. And you can read every conversation back, so you see exactly how it went.
Yes. 168 hours a week, and I never ask for time off. That's not bravado: most applications come in at moments when nobody is on the phone any more.
Then I send a reminder myself. I reach your candidate within 5 minutes, and if they don't reply in time, I send them one more friendly message. You don't have to set anything up for that. If it stays quiet after that, you see it on the candidate, so you know the follow-up wasn't what went wrong.
The screening
Yes. You set the questions and the hard requirements, I carry them out. Think education, experience, driving licence, postcode, start date, hours available or willingness to do call-out duty. What actually gets asked is up to you.
Yes. I ask a mechanic different things than a childcare worker. You set the questions per vacancy.
Yes. “Quite a bit of experience” is not an answer you can do anything with, so I ask how many years, and in what. If I can't work it out, I note that down honestly instead of making something of it.
Yes, that's exactly what they're for. If someone doesn't meet a requirement you set as a knock-out, I let them know gently instead of leaving them waiting for a call that never comes.
You set the hard requirements, I check them. I don't decide who you hire. Every candidate comes with a summary: ticks for what checks out, dashes for what you need to check yourself. Don't agree with me? Read the conversation back and pull them out after all.
My candidate overview
Yes, all of them. From the first message to the last, with timestamps. That's deliberate: you don't have to believe my summary, you can check it. → See my candidate overview
I have my own candidate overview: a board per vacancy, with status columns, a match score per candidate, a summary of the conversation and the conversation itself. For plenty of employers that's enough. If you're after extensive reporting and an application portal of your own, you need more than me. I simply work alongside it. → How that works without an ATS
Yes. You can leave a note on any candidate and tag a colleague with an @-mention. They then get a notification from me. How many colleagues can follow along depends on your plan. → Pricing
Connecting to what you already have
Yes. I don't need to replace your system. Through Zapier I pass candidates on to the ATS you already use, and Zapier connects with 5,000+ apps. No ATS at all? Then you simply use my own candidate overview. → How I work alongside your ATS
Not as a ready-made integration of my own. Those are examples of systems you can connect through Zapier. I'd rather put it that way, because saying "full integration" is easy and means nothing. Tell me what you work with and I'll have a look with you. → Integrations
Yes, as long as that application lands somewhere. To be straight about how it works: I have no integration with LinkedIn, Meta or TikTok themselves. I connect to the system the application ends up in: your ad platform, your form or your recruitment software. That runs through Zapier. → Following up recruitment leads
That works too. A name and a phone number are enough for me. The moment they reach me, I start the conversation.
Your question not here yet? Just ask me. Or start right away: the first two weeks I work for free.
Create an accountGetting started and paying
Yes. You create an account and the first two weeks I work for you for free. You set up your vacancy, decide which questions I should ask, and then you hear for yourself how I talk to your applicants. Not what you hoped? Then you simply stop.
You start with two weeks free. In that time you set up your vacancy and decide which questions I should ask. How long that takes depends mostly on how much you want to know. After that I message everyone who applies.
I start at €197 a month, with unlimited vacancies in every plan. A part-time caller costs around €2,000. All the plans are on my pricing page. → Pricing
You start with two weeks free, so you can have a look first. If you carry on, my terms and conditions apply: the agreement runs for an indefinite period with a minimum term of one month, and you can cancel monthly with 14 days' notice before the end of the current month. → Terms and conditions
Yes. If you work as an agency for several organisations, you can put me to work with sub-accounts and one overview. You may also resell me. We agree the price per situation. → Pricing
Privacy and data
I run the conversations on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, and I work GDPR-proof. What a candidate tells me stays in your overview. Which data I keep, why and for how long is written out in my privacy statement. → Privacy statement
12 months after the last activity at most, unless a longer retention period is legally required or permitted. That is written out in my privacy statement too. → Privacy statement
Yes. A candidate can submit a deletion request. That request is confirmed within 2 working days, and the aim is to handle it within 14 days of that confirmation. The procedure and the exceptions are in my privacy statement. → Privacy statement
