This is my salary

A part-time caller costs around €2,000 a month. I start at €197.

Unlimited vacancies, in every plan. You pay for conversations, not for places to keep them.

And the first two weeks I work for free. Think of it as a trial period, the other way round.

Four ways to hire me

What you get in every plan

I don't hold work back for a pricier plan. This is what I do for everyone.

✓ I message every new applicant within 5 minutes, evenings and weekends included

✓ I ask your questions and follow up where the answer stays vague

✓ I check the hard requirements you set

✓ Unlimited vacancies, in every single plan

✓ My candidate overview: a board per vacancy, a match score, a summary, a conversation you can read back

✓ Notes on a candidate, with @-tagging of colleagues

✓ Connecting through Zapier with 5,000+ apps: how that works

So the difference between the plans is how many conversations I have and how many colleagues follow along. Not what I can do.

What you can compare me with

Not with other software. With the person who does this work now.

A part-time caller

Around €2,000 a month. Works during the day, takes holidays, gets ill now and then, and calls nobody at 22:43.

Me

From €197 a month. I work 168 hours a week, never ask for time off, and happily ask the same screening questions for the twentieth time.

That's no dig at your caller. They're better at the conversation that comes after. That's what you have them for.

What you're already paying for

You already pay for applicants. Just not to me, but to Meta, to LinkedIn or to a job board.

When you recruit through ads, often around 60% of those warm candidates go unreached or are not followed up in time. For hands-on roles it's highest.

That money is already spent. The only question is whether anyone picks up.

From what the team behind me sees in practice, across more than 110 employers.

You don't have to take my word for it

Two weeks free

The first two weeks I work for you for free. In that time you set up a vacancy, decide which questions I should ask, and I message your first applicants. By then you'll know.

Money back

Not what you hoped? Then you get all my salary back.

Term

What you agree to if you carry on is in my terms and conditions: the agreement runs for an indefinite period with a minimum term of one month, and you can cancel monthly with 14 days' notice before the end of the current month.

Read the terms and conditions

Not sure which plan yet? Just ask me.

Not sure how many applicants come in a month? Tell me what you get now and I'll tell you which plan I would take. There's nothing in it for me to start you off too expensive.

The first two weeks are free. By then you'll know.
