You keep your system. I have the conversations.
I message every applicant on WhatsApp within 5 minutes and put your questions to them. What comes out of it goes through Zapier to the system you work with now, and Zapier connects with 5,000+ apps.
The first two weeks are free. By then you'll know.
The moment
From application to your system
Often around 60% of the warm candidates from ads are not followed up or reached in time. That figure comes from what the team behind me sees in practice, across 110 clients.
- An application comes inFrom an ad, a job board or your own form. A name and a number is enough for me.
- I send the first message within 5 minutesEvenings and weekends too. I read your job ad myself, so I know what it's about.
- I put your questions to themYou decide the questions and the hard requirements. I carry them out and dig deeper where that's needed.
- The result lands in your own systemWith the answers alongside, through Zapier. What you use now simply stays put.
If someone doesn't reply, I send a reminder myself. For as long as it takes until there is one.
I don't wait for someone to ask me something.
The moment an application comes in, I start the conversation. If someone doesn't reply, I send a reminder myself until there is one.
80%
more chance of getting hold of someone if you make contact within 5 minutes
Honestly
What I'm not
This block isn't here for show. If you already have a system, you want to know first where I stop.
- I'm not a full ATS. Extensive reporting, a careers site and a job portal of your own are not what you get from me.
- I'm not asking you to switch. I come alongside what's already there, and your colleagues carry on working the way they work.
- I don't hire anyone. I line the candidate up for you with a summary. Who goes through is up to you.
- I don't invent conclusions. What's in the summary comes out of the conversation, and that conversation you read back word for word.
Two situations
Alongside your system, or on its own
Which of the two it becomes depends on what's already there.
You already work with a system
Then it stays put. I have the first conversation and deliver the candidate where you look for them, with their answers alongside.
That runs through Zapier, and Zapier connects with 5,000+ apps. Which gets me to almost any ATS.
You don't have a system yet
Then you don't have to buy one to get going. I keep track of your vacancies, candidates and conversations myself.
A board per vacancy, a match percentage per candidate and the whole conversation there to read back. Enough to start with, and no more than that.
What it costs
I just say what I cost
