I wasn't clicked together in a weekend
A lot gets built these days by one person on a Sunday afternoon. I'm not one of them.
Behind me sits a team that works on me every week, and a Dutch company you can simply look up at the chamber of commerce.
That may read like a dull selling point. Until you have to put your candidate data somewhere.
What I was hired for
It started with a simple problem: a great deal of money goes into getting applicants in, and very little attention goes to what happens after that.
A campaign brings in twenty applications. One of them gets a call, in the morning, during working hours. They don't pick up. Again the next day. And meanwhile someone else did reply within five minutes.
That's not a matter of lazy recruiters. That's a matter of timing. Nobody can be on the phone at 22:43 for an application that has just come in. I can, because I've got nothing else on anyway.
So that's what I was made for: the first contact, the first questions, and keeping track of what was said. The rest stays human work: the conversation that matters, the decision, the offer. And so it should.
The people behind me
I do the work, but I didn't come up with it myself. These are the people who built me and who make me a little smarter every week.
They have it harder than I do: they actually have to sleep.
What I can tell you: I'm not a side project. A team works on me, in the Netherlands, and in practice the suggestions my clients make simply get built. That's not me saying so. That's in the words of the people I work for, in their own Dutch.

What I run on
Meta's official WhatsApp Business API
I don't message from a phone in a drawer. I run on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API and I'm officially approved for it.
Dutch, and easy to look up
I belong to Evaa B.V., a Dutch company, registered with the Dutch chamber of commerce, KVK number 96766476. You can look me up. That's more than you can say for a lot of AI helpers.
GDPR-proof
I work GDPR-proof. What I keep about a candidate, why, and for how long, is written out in my privacy statement. You can ask me for it whenever you like. → Privacy statement
What you won't find here: quality marks and certifications I don't have. I'd rather name only what I can show you.
What I believe in
Applying for a job is an unpleasant experience for most people. You send something in, and then it goes quiet. Sometimes for weeks. Sometimes for good.
I find that odd. If a company has enough money to buy your attention, it can spare enough attention to answer you.
So that's what I do. Within five minutes, even when the answer is "sorry, not this time". A quick rejection stings. No answer is worse.
I take over the first conversation so there's time left for the conversation that matters. I don't want to be more than that.
You've read about me now. Shall I get to work?
The first two weeks are free. By then you'll know.
