Where your applicant comes from is all the same to me
An ad on LinkedIn, a campaign on Meta, a clip on TikTok, an ad through Google, a job board or the form on your own website.
As long as that application lands somewhere, I can pick up the conversation.
To avoid any misunderstanding
I have no connection with LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta or Google. I connect to the system that application lands in: your ad platform, your form, your job board or your recruitment software. Through Zapier. In practice that works out the same, but I'd rather call it what it is.
Do your applicants come mostly out of paid campaigns? Then following up recruitment leads is exactly what I was hired for.

This is the route almost everyone ends up on. Zapier connects to 5,000+ apps, so almost certainly to the system you work in as well.
You set once that new applications come to me, and once where the qualified candidate should go. After that it runs.
Do you work with Recruitee, Bullhorn or Carerix? Those are examples of systems you can connect through Zapier. Tell me in the conversation what you work with and I'll have a look with you.
What you won't find here: connections I call "native" while they aren't. I'd rather you knew what you're getting.
