I keep track of your jobs, candidates and chats

Without you having to learn a second system. Every conversation I have lands here: per job, per candidate, with the whole chat attached.
Already got an ATS? Then I work next to it. Haven't got one? Then this is enough.

The first two weeks are free. By then you'll know.

Here you see exactly where every candidate stands. In conversation, done, or waiting on you.

Two ways to use me

Which of the two it becomes depends on what you already have running.

You have no full ATS

Then this is your entire candidate admin. I put every applicant on the board of the right job, with the chat and the answers alongside.

No implementation project, no forty page manual, no colleague who has to sit a course first.

You don't have to buy a big system to know who applied.

You already have one

Then nothing has to be turned upside down. Your system stays put, your colleagues carry on working the way they work.

I have the first conversation, screen against your requirements and deliver the candidate who fits into the system you already use. That runs through Zapier, and Zapier connects to 5,000+ apps.

My own overview simply stays there as well. Handy for reading a conversation back without having to dive into your ATS.

What you see here

Five things. Everything listed below really is on the screen.

  • A board per job

Columns for every status: in conversation, done, wants contact. You move a candidate to the next column and that's that.

  • A match percentage per candidate

So you know who to start with. Not top of the list, but top of the match.

  • A summary of the conversation

Ticks for what holds up, dashes for what you want to check yourself.

  • The whole conversation, there to read back

From the first message to the last, with timestamps. You don't have to take my word for it. You can check it.

  • Comments with an @ tag

Does a colleague need to look at this? Tag them in a comment and they get a notification from me.

Have a look for yourself

These are real screens from my own environment. I only took out the names and the numbers. Professional discretion.

Doubting my judgement? Just read the conversation back. With timestamps, from start to finish.

Create an account

Then you'll see straight away what a conversation that lands here looks like.

If you're still working in a spreadsheet

That works fine, until the third job. After that nobody knows who has been called, who has already been turned down and what exactly was said.

With me you don't have to keep anything up to date. I fill in the overview while I'm having the conversation.

You open it when you want to know where you stand.

More on keeping track of candidates

And what I don't do here

So nothing catches you out later.

  • I am not a full ATS. Want detailed reporting, a careers site and an application portal of your own? Then you need more than me. I simply work next to it.
  • I don't make the decisions. I line the candidate up with a summary. Who goes through is up to you.
  • I don't invent conclusions. What the summary says comes out of the conversation. Something not right? Read it back.

Questions I get about this

All the questions

Shall I start having those conversations for you?
